RMS Titanic is one of the world's most famous ocean liners. Famed for both its scale and for the tragedy that befell it. This rich photographic exhibition features fascinating images of the Harland & Wolff yard and the people who worked there. The exhibition explores the design and construction the Titanic and finishes with a section on the Titanic's tragic end.
The story is told using images taken by Robert Welch, H&W's official photographer at the time. His skill as a photographer was outstanding. He has left us a photographic record that provides empathy with the workers, amazement at the craftsmanship and astonishment at the scale of the yard and the ships that were built there.
