Take flight from the ordinary and join in this W5 challenge. Learn the secret of aerodynamics and paper plane building before testing your aircraft on the W5 runway.

Wind, Wings & Waves Photography Competition
From now until 13 September the winning images from W5’s inaugural photography competition will be on show at the Gallery on Level 3.
W5’s photographic competition was organised in conjunction with SLA Networks, sponsors of W5’s website, to celebrate W5’s new summer exhibition Wind, Wings & Waves and the arrival of the Tall Ships Atlantic Challenge from 13 to 16 August 2009. The competition attracted entries from amateur and professional photographers from across the island of Ireland and from these, 20 winning and commended photographs will be showcased in W5’s Gallery.
