W5 invites YOU to take the lead in the Roboxits Global Invasion!
To take part simply download Roboxit UU-5 using the button on the main Roboxit page and print the A4 size PDF onto heavy paper. Cut out all the pieces (always take care using scissors and get a grown up to help you!) then fold and glue to assemble. Alternatively you can visit W5 on Saturday 12 June or during the summer, Monday 16 - Sunday 22 August, to get a free press out UU-5 by taking part in the Roboxit event between 2.00 - 4.00pm.
Using your newly made mini Roboxit pal we're asking you to take it on holiday with you, at home or abroad, and photograph him having fun wherever in the world you go. Can you snap him at a famous landmark, building or monument to show the rest of the world? Or perhaps you can get a picture of your Roboxit in the hands of a famous person or celebrity?
Once you've succeeded in your mission send us your photograph using the upload link on the main Roboxits page and we'll put as many as we can into the gallery each month! You can then come back here and see the sightings multiply as we sweep across the globe!
As a special incentive to take part W5 will be giving away an iPod nano to one lucky Roboxit enthusiast at the end of the summer. So make sure you fill in all your details correctly when you upload your picture for the chance to win, and don't forget to tell us where in the world you got your snap!
Throughout the year, as part of our events programme, W5 will introduce a new Roboxit to the series that you can make at W5 and take on your travels. Just don't forget to get a picture of him wherever in the world you roam!
